DealLegends connects buyers and sellrs: Transactions on DealLegends.com are transactions between the buyer and the seller who listed the item. Deallegends does not hold, store, or ship items.All Payments go directly to the seller.

How do I get started (as a buyer)?

Getting started is easy. You don't need to be a registered user to search or browse the categories. If you do find something to use, you will need to signup or login to checkout.

Our checkout process is easy. And most sellers use PayPal as payment method (which is very secure and convenient).

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once sellers confirm shipping, you will receive an e-mail from DealLegends. If the seller uploaded the tracking info this information will be included in the email. This e-mail will be sent to the same e-mail account used during your checkout.

You can also find shipping information under My Account in your DealLegends account. If your order is taking longer than expected we recommend to contact the seller directly about the shiping status. You may also Contact Us.

How do I track my order?

If the seller includes tracking information with your order, you can view it from your Orders page. Select My Account > My Orders to find the order. You will see a tracking number and an estimated delivery date under the order details.

How do I shop for an item on DealLegends?

If you’re looking for a specific item, use the search bar at the top of the website. You can search by product type, name or keywords. The results returned will be those best matching your search term and be sorted in order of relevancy

How am I protected as a Buyer?

If a dispute occurs with a transaction between a buyer and a seller and they cannot resolve the problem, we step in. If all fails, in most cases, a resolution can be reached using the PayPal Resolution Center online or by contacting the credit card company. The seller may also be sanctioned.

How do I leave feedback for a product that I purchased?

You can leave feedback by clicking on My Account >  Orders and locating the transaction and the respective seller.

How do I obtain a refund?

Refund policy is based on the policy stated on each item by the seller. If an item was listed as refundable and you are within the described refund window,  you must first contact the seller through the DealLegends messaging system within days in the refund policy after receiving your item. If you are not satisfied with your seller's reponse, please contact DealLegends customer service through the "Contact Us" section and our customer service team will review your case.

Do you ship to my country?

The shipping destination capability depends on the seller from whom you are buying. Please check the seller's profile to confirm their policy.

If the seller does not ship to your country, you may get in touch with the seller to find out if they are willing to do so.

How do I become a seller on DealLegends?

All Sellers on DealLegends are preapproved. To start selling go to the link at the top of the page: SELLERS and REGISTER AS A SELLER. We will review your request and contact you. To qualify to sell you must have good deals (popular selling items with a good discount). Also you must be experienced in selling online.

How do I use a coupon code?

Each seller can create a DealLegends-exclusive, custom coupon code to offer their buyers a discount. The coupon code will apply to all items bought in a single order.

Add an item you would like to purchase to your cart, and click Checkout Now. On the right-hand side, enter the coupon code, and click Apply. The coupon discount will adjust your order total.

If you’re having difficulty redeeming your coupon code, please contact the seller or DealLegends Support to make sure the code is still active.
